An Atmosphere Like Home Away from Home
From the moment I stepped into the beautifully remodeled late 19th-century building, I felt like I had entered a warm and inviting haven. The Cardelli family, with their guaranteed courtesy and hospitality, made me feel immediately at home. The elegant bar and restaurant offered me the chance to sample delicious regional cuisine, filling my senses with flavors that awakened my taste buds.
The only downside I experienced during my stay was the absence of vegetables and fruits in the breakfast menu. While the assortment of sweet cakes, two types of cheese, and one kind of ham was a treat for those looking to indulge, I wished for some healthier options to balance out my morning meal.

I absolutely love the personal touch at this hotel. The two brothers who run this establishment go above and beyond to ensure a trouble-free stay. They are incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with train times and travel suggestions. It feels like staying in their own home, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and clean, with the extra bonus of air conditioning and a balcony with a lovely view. The location is also fantastic, with two railway stations in the city center, making it convenient for exploring.
No improvements needed, everything was great!

It's location is excellent within the town - easy walking distance to everything including the funiculare. Its proximity to Florence is an advantage. The hospitality provided by the two brothers Lucca and Giacomo was outstanding and deserving of the highest recommendation.

Family run hotel - very friendly and nice. Location excellent (Pisa, Lucca and Florence in 50 km radius). Good value for money. Situated in town center so not very quiet surroundings.
Suggestion to change the blankets and towels - clean but old.

I recently stayed at Hotel Savoia E Campana for a few days in Montecatini. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The location near the train station was perfect for exploring the area. The hotel itself is stunning, with a beautiful lobby and a peaceful terrace. The bed linen was of great quality, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. I can't wait to return!
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The perfect place for New Year's Eve! The hotel was cozy and welcoming, and the staff was accommodating and helpful. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. The restaurant offered delicious meals, and the wine selection was superb. The location was ideal, as we were able to easily visit nearby attractions, and the parking was affordable. The best part was the festive atmosphere and entertainment provided by the hotel, making our New Year's Eve celebration unforgettable.
The noise level from the street, which could be bothersome for light sleepers. while the hotel offered a variety of amenities, they sometimes lacked in quality.

The location is perfect as a hub to visit Tuscany. The staff was probably the most friendly and helpful I have ever seen in a hotel. 5 minutes away from the railway station on foot, makes a Tuscany tour possible without own wheels.

The hotel is family run and the two brothers who manage the hotel are extremely friendly and very helpful. The hotel is beautiful and very clean and is the best I've ever stayed in for the price! It is a 5 minute walk from the train station (Montecatini Central) and you can get trains direct to Florence and Lucca. The hotel is also situated in a prime position close to all shops, restaurants, market and the beautiful park and spas. The breakfast was buffet style and there was plenty of choice for everyone. Although if you are expecting a traditional cooked breakfast forget it, and remember what you paid for your stay here! The food and choice was great! I can highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again, I couldnt fault it.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time. The staff was very attentive, always helpful and kind. The location was great, close to all the shops, cafes and restaurants. The hotel offered free bicycle parking which was extremely convenient. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was well-equipped.
The walls were thin and noise from other guests and street music disturbed our sleep. Though the hotel is soundproofed from the street, it was still noisy.

The morning meal could use some improvement, maybe more variety or fresher options would be nice.

Getting to Florence takes about 20-25 minutes by train. It is very clean and quiet; a good place for shopping. Montecatini Terme is beautiful and clean. This small town has a lot to offer: boutiques, good restaurants and cafes, even some nature. A five minute walk to the train station. Take it.
